Common Areas Design
Jader Almeida
Responsible for the interior design of Casa Brasileira Itaim, with its impressive, functional and stunning architecture. In addition to the furniture and lighting, three sculptural pieces were created exclusively for the project, adding even more personality and reaching a new level of exclusivity.

Architectural Project
Pablo Slemenson
A slender concrete slab with a slightly rotated mezzanine. Casa Brasileira Itaim floats 19 meters above the ground, supported by imposing Y-shaped pillars. The monumental arrival reveals the elegant exposed concrete walkway that leads to the lobby. An architectural landmark and a reference in the city.

Decorated Apartment Design
Carlos Rossi
Designed by architect Carlos Rossi, the decorated apartment at Casa Brasileira Itaim features works of art by Brazilian artists such as Jader Almeida. Materials such as stone and wood were used to warm and humanize the spaces, in addition to the application of textures and neutral tones that, together, bring the necessary comfort and sophistication.
The integration of the kitchen with the living room and home using large sliding doors creates greater spaciousness, making it more inviting for moments with friends or family. The glass panels leading to the balcony allow natural light to enter and bring more lightness to the spaces. The fusion between the external and internal environments provides a unique, spacious look full of natural light.

Landscaping
Landscape Architecture Scenario
The central garden with densely planted trees, visible throughout the entrance lobby and leisure areas, is the central focus of the project. In it, native and fruit-bearing species with small leaves are a reference to our forests and provide light shade for sitting, resting and contemplating. The water feature at the entrance is a reference to the meanders of our rivers.
